Leading University Project for International Corporation (LUPIC) is a project of Kathmandu University (KU) in collaboration with Chinju National University of Education (CUE). The CUE acts as an organizing body and KU joined the project as a partner. The roles will be divided according to the guidelines of the National Research Foundation, South Korea. The project aims to improve Kathmandu University's Education to strengthen basic education capabilities and foster opportunities for women's education.

The objectives of the project are as follows:

  1. Joint development of the curriculum and textbooks, and the establishment of an education support center such as model classrooms.

  2. Support for faculty-employee-student exchange and education and job activities.

  3. Training for local teachers in Nepal and volunteer education for CUE students.
